Overview Existing Property:

The existing property is an historic property known as Mockingbird Hill for years.  The source of this title is not known.  Antique Large estate homes and properties commonly had names placed by early owners.

The property currently consists of approximately 1.9 acres with one large antique Victorian house and several outbuildings some which are antebellum. The current structures are in good repair and in a desirable area. The neighboring area is primarily residential with eclectic style houses of various ages, styles and values.  House values in the area range in value from ~$300K to over $1M, the typical house value would likely be in the 4-600K range. Lot sizes in the area are typically (7-12K) sq feet.  The area has a old neighborhood feel reminiscent of the 20s, 30s, and 40s with easy walking sidewalks many with porches close to the street.
